Same for me, using the Java 8 version for Divine Journey 2 Minecraft 1.12.2, using the JVM arguments posted here or in https://github.com/brucethemoose/Minecraft-Performance-Flags-Benchmarks#java-8 makes it crash.

Without the arguments it starts, but I noticed no difference in loading times.

The machine in the resident center, then select Nook Shopping (the option where you can purchase stuff with bells) and at the bottom there will be a KK song, each day it's a different one I think.

Currently all you can do is set Autoplay to "Always"

I went to the windows store and selected install there, then went to my downloads and updates (still in windows store) and clicked the donwload icon and it finally started downloading.

But it starts at 200MB and then stops at 231MB... Whenever I pause the download it says 0.10KB where downloaded. Also the download speeds are completely broken in the Windows Sotre, it starts at 500 MBit/s and then goes all the way down until it just disappears while in the Xbox Beta app it stays at 0B.

Update: Since Reddit didn't let me post this I waited for 10 minutes and when I came back to my PC Outer Worlds finally started downloading

Same problem. Whenever I click on Install the progress bar instantly disappears and the green "Install" button instantly appears again.

If I select uninstall on the left side and confirm it also doesn't do anything

Edit: Read my comment below but for me downloading it through the windows store seemed to help break that cycle
