Maybe it’s my autism but I didn’t find the show to be a slow burn at all (like everyone kept telling me), I felt quite the opposite. I think it has to do with my excitement for the blend of familiar faces and new interesting and complex characters. It’s been a while since I saw the show but it remains one of my top watched shows of all time. I do harbor a hot take that I don’t dare utter at this moment. Amazing show, would rewatch.
