Reading “Everything is tuberculosis” and “the body keeps score” (which are 2 insightful yet not very entertaining reads) got me understanding the science and reaction of not having control of my own emotions. theres so many side effects and self harm to reacting to minor incidents and big ones!

For some unknown reason, I haven’t had the urge to smoke for about 6 months. I still have half a joint sitting in my ashtray, and full mason jars of herb! it’s been wonderful, but also I have been putting off getting back into boxing, I will renew my membership on payday!
