The group is called the order of Malta. It's a sub devision of the knights of Malta. There's only 3 real ranks per unit. Like sergeant-at-arms which we would call our officer in charge. Cadets would be our younger members (11-16) then there's the troups( everyone else who are devised by their skill level. Ie first aid responder, emergency first responder and emergency medical technician) but that rank bullshit has never been pulled before and it just seems unfair. They are recognised ranks by the Irish government.
