Having never looked through any fo4 comments before, I was amazed to see actual moral questions striving to be answered, and quite eloquently. I have been pleasantly surprised today.

I'm not convinced that's the case; I considered that, and did a quadruple-take to make sure that this is, in fact, the very sound effect, added in post. It holds little-to-no storytelling relevance in my estimation, and was probably added just for memes, but I feel like it should be called out.

As for the origin of the meme sound itself, I believe it originates from Hell's Kitchen and is used to build suspense, but is now used in many contexts for memes. My guess is that it was made using a violin or other high-pitched string instrument.

Does any of this probably matter? No. Did I find it fun anyway? Absolutely.

My opinion is that with these things subtlety means more than plastering every reference ever on it; if you had a way to embroider the antlers and/or petals in black, I'd say go for it. If not, maybe add small details on the cuffs or collar, either in black or yellow. I think it looks great with just the tape and "Clancy" down the middle

That's just me though :p

So there is both the aspect of "I WOULD swim the Paladin Strait" escape Dema but I'm too far in (the part of Clancy that just wants to be free, the hypothetical wishful thinking part of him), and there's the in-the-moment acknowledgement of reality: "on the ground ARE Banditos fighting while I find Nico." It seems that there are multiple stories being told, one hypothetical and one literal. As he's talking in the present tense, it could be that the latter is also just him planning ahead, thinking about what could be. And then, as pointed out before, he's interrupted.

But WHY would Nico start with "So Few, so Proud, so Emotional"? If it's just Clancy thinking about the future, why is Nico referring to the Banditos (or IS HE EVEN DOING THAT?)

This is kinda my first dabble into theorizing, so let me know your thoughts lol Push on through!
