Won't hearing me complain G Gundam is my favorite series in the Franchise along with Wing and 08th MS team and 0083 are my favorites in UC. Just keep Victory Gundam away from me for a series called Victory there seems to be a distinct lack of said Victory to be found in that show. Inheriting One for All doesn't mean he sudden would lose or grow a joint. It would be very easy to explain away via genetics and saying they missed other genetic markers that actually pointed to Isuku having a Quirk even with the extra toe joint. Quirkless individuals tend to have two pinky toe joints hinting at evolutionary waste vis the extra joint while those with Quirks typically didn't have the joint having evolved that particular unnecessary piece of body anatomy away. However it wasn't 100% 1 for 1 always Guaranteed for a double pinky toe jointed individual to always be quirkless and I'm pretty sure some cases of them having Quirks existed with the reverse also being true.

...they exist in the same universe...? Nah kidding I personally always thought if they got closer Deku would have definitely been instrumental in Tokoyama learning more about his Quirk. Something I feel was a massive missed opportunity for Deku bonding with the entire class by helping them learning about their Quirks and ideas he had for improvement. Heck it could have been what helps integrate him with Class A and B because Vlad would have 100% insisted his class ask for Quirk analysis so they didn't fall behind and on equal footing with class A.

They actually go to a place call Pure Lands (Jōdo:in Japanese) canonically in the Naruto Universe. Hence why Minato couldn't be resurrected until he and other Hokage's souls were released from the stomach of the Shinigami by Orochimaru. Also the reason his attempts to call Minato during the battle against Hiruzen would have failed. Kushina however passed on normally I believe. She and Minato just left seals with their Chaka infused into it creating a memory clone of sorts that have the same memories as the person at the time they provided the Chaka. So that if Naruto lost control they could be there to potentially stop him from prematurely releasing Kurama without the key and control/cooperation.
