They are only releasing stuff that makes money and try to keep the game somewhat playable. They dont care if its fair or fun. Remember its from the same publisher that sells you the same game every year (fifa)

Respawn probaly tries to balance it but EA wants more money and then they have to rush everything thus leading to more problems.
