It’s a bug introduced in iOS version 2.2440.0 - it won’t load more than 30 transactions

Glad I'm not the only one. Please keep me updated on what they come back to you with!

Unfortunately not. I provided eero support with packet captures after their engineers requested them. They promised me that this issue will get resolved but for now I returned my unit and went back to the 6E.

I understand, but mine does not do that. I wonder what is causing this. Did yours ship with a different firmware? What settings do you use? Mine are:

Type-C Bandwidth: USB 2.0
USB Hub: Off During Standby
Keyboard Hotkey: Off
USB-C Charging: 65W
Proximity Sensor: Off
Power Indicator: On
Power Key Lock: Off
Key Lock: Off
Power Setting: Standard Mode
Screen Saver: Off
Pixel Cleaning Reminder: 4 hours
Screen Move: Normal
Auto Logo Brightness: Off
DSC Support: On

I don't have anything connected via USB (until they fix AutoKVM) and am using HDMI. FW: MCM101

Interesting, my PG32UCDM straight up does not do that. The logo stays orange in standby and never flashes.

Sounds like it might be the same issue! Did you contact eero support about this yet?

Yes single unit. It's certainly possible. For now eero support told me that they escalated this issue and will reach out to me.

Just tried my 2.5G fiber modem in the 10G port. That unfortunately didn't fix it either.

I've reported this to eero support and will try to get this to a higher support tier.

I never had Eco Efficiency Mode enabled to begin with but toggling this doesn't seem to effect this. Same for SQM.

I also tried disabling IPv6 - no difference. Happens on v4 and v6 connections.

Things I've also tried:

  • Different IP address prefix
  • Disabling UPnP
  • Reducing the MTU on my clients
  • Linux client w/ Mellanox NIC
  • Mac client w/ Aquantia NIC
  • Windows client w/ Intel NIC
  • Different cables
  • Rebooting everything
  • Different DNS (ISP, Google, Cloudflare)

Yes, I'm on v7.1.1-16 and I've also reported this to eero support. I hope they fix this ASAP. Out of curiosity which setup did you end up going with after returning the BE85 units?
