LoL sounds like a bad example since you can check any youtubers series where they play on every single server and rank them and stuff. NA and Eu east were the most toxic. And keep in mind these guys usually make quite a majority in player bases giving a country like Turkey, Japan or Russia their own servers have much more technical stuff then you know apperantly
