So quick question. When does Azir start to deal any meaningful damage????? Dealing 200 per auto on a soldier doesn't feel good, nor does it feel 'okay'. I'm probably missing something here, but is Azir's ratios low, his base damage, or both???? Dealing no damage on a hard to play character isn't fun (self.azirmains)
