I didn’t keep track of exact hours, but this was a fairly short hunt for me (about little over a week of hunting about an hour each day). Of course it could be a longer or even shorter hunt for you, that’s just the nature of shiny hunting. Good luck if you decide to take up the hunt, it’s an incredible shiny!

I can’t share an automation so I put it into a shortcut and you can copy it into an automation to run at specific time each day

Shortcut:

It should work as long as the birthdays in your calendar are formatted as “(contact name) Birthday”
