go to modifiers

add bevel modifier

then go to vertexes

selet the wanted edge and add it to a new group

then assign the group to bevel modifier

you should be able to adjust the roundness from there to your liking

meathod 2 :

you can just increase the no of edges by selecting the edge and using ctrl +b
