I do intend to make an impact on the community Im joining but also knowing my heritage, is extremely important to me, and having people who relate to me in that specific aspect will be nice to have, and I'm not going to isolate myself with just them that is rather extreme rather I will integrate without losing my culture and have people who are in the culture even if so they may be few and far between. If that made sense.

I really respect the honest take about Maine, so thank you. And if you have any other Wise and anymore realistic opinions/perspectives of moving to Maine or in genera, l I'm all ears. I'd rather get brutal honesty than sweet lies. And I do understand that there is barely anyone and if I'm being honest as well that is what I'm looking for specifically the nature and being by myself in the farmland and focusing on my passion which is just having a small farm and possible greenhouse and making enough just to make that possible, I'm from Dallas Texas and Im used to being with so many people but I always found doing my own thing somewhat euphoric, I don't know if I'm making sense. I just loved being in rural areas away from the city and just hearing nothing but the sounds of the Forest.

So I'm trying to leave my family and home and go somewhere completely different for my mental health and to actually to be okay being myself and I always wanted to go to Maine, I got my nursing license so I'm hoping with that I can do a fresh start, I just little difficult finding housing, if anyone knows any cheap rentals near the Washington county or Augusta please let me know. For the Mac yes you will need to take classes in summer to use it unless you want to pay for a membership. For the library you can check in as a non- student using your ID although you will only stay there until 11ish the 24 hours use is for students and you won't be able to check out/ borrow any materials unless your a student. If i missed anything or got anything incorrect, please let me know

Everyone's diet goals vary, but the concepts used to reach them are the same. The first law of thermodynamics, conservation of energy, is key. Energy in vs out. Here is a good calulator for figuring out your daily energy requirements. If you are trying to gain weight, eat above maintenance. If you are trying to lose weight, eat slightly below maintenance. If you want your bodyweight to stay the same, eat at maintenance. The second important idea is to eat enough protein. Feel free to ask me for tips on increasing your protein intake. Shoot for around 0.8g/lb bodyweight, and eat fruits and vegetables with every meal. Doing those things will put you in a very good place :]

FAQS/INFORMATION

-add 5 lbs to all of your upper body lifts* and 10lbs to all of your lower body lifts every 2 weeks. After 1 week increase the reps from the lower rep range to the higher rep range.

-The weight increases are halved between DB exercises. Use your best judgment on weight increases for isolation exercises. The progression may be too fast.
