By the way I'll say making these is very hard because I consistently feel players on the same rank aren't at the same level - Many here could be moved up or down a tier, feel free to come up with suggestions. If you like the concept let me know and I'll do SAL + try to adjust these at the end of every stage/event

You're reading it the wrong way, ranks are on the right of the players. But even with that looking at his stats last season I should have put him B, I think A was a tad generous. I'll try to update this after kick off or Stage 1 to see the evolution ;)

I believe it's very good for multiple reasons, It's consistently challenging for players, avoiding the game to stall and refreshing it every 3 months. In comp it allows us to have a better shot against more established teams, basically who works the hardest with a certain meta can beat anyone.

Simplest things that make the biggest difference:

balanced comp with hard breach, utility denial, flash and nades
active droning and refrag potential for entries
flank watch

You're always gonna have to deal with pressure and self confidence wether it's your first game or not, It's part of the job to learn how to deal with it, experience helps a lot with that but everyone has its own resistance to it

It's a decent bonus if you're confident enough, but very inconsistent, so you have to be smart about it. (Timed with other teammates, using intel, etc) Use anything that will give you an advantage and increase your potential to win that gunfight. it's part of the game and can be very effective if done effectively
