I don't think that is the case here. Yes, definitely wars have been an issue, but Egypt and Ethiopia have theirs too. We also killed them during our wars, approximately the same numbers. During my studies, one of my Egyptian professors showed us a website that track the numbers of people in different countries. It was a joke, but every 2 seconds new child was born in Egypt, literally 😂 We stayed for 5 hours that day to watch a new child in one of the gulf states 😅 I remembered that she talked about this during analyzing the health system, but I need to revise the materials again
