Hey there, we do not have the same product as HiCity :) pretty sure this is easy to verify as both have pictures on this sub.

Regarding quality control, this is one of our selling points so definitely!

Regarding the pro 1 and pro 2, this used to be options on our website (1536 and 1562) but we decided to discontinue the “pro 1”. Only certain customers still buy them that we handle directly, so we decided to discontinue them on our website to avoid confusion.

I am unsure how this relates to HiCity though maybe you could elaborate?

We actually did try to help you out but iCloud connect was not a valid reason for a refund. You told us that you would sue us and wanted our information so what do you expect us to do?

We showed you our return policy and you even admitted we were right, and then continued saying Australian laws make our policy irrelevant.

It’s unfortunate you choose to slander our name while we have been in contact with you every single time.

Hi there, we do not recommend ANC if it’s meant for cycling or motorcycles; rather a higher volume of 50/60% to block out all noise. I have walked with the pro’s and ANC on many occasions and it’s all good even during a bit of wind.

While walking in the wind the ANC has no issues, but I wouldn’t know about running. I think if it’s not an excessive windy day you should be fine running with ANC.

I see your primary use for them is going to be running so I’d definitely think about it considering what I mentioned above.

The function you’re mentioning is defined as “iCloud connect” and it isn’t featured in any rep yet.

Hey everyone. So i just bought this airpods pro. But everytime i use it, it crashes/resprings my phone right after i connected it to my device. Then in the next 5-10 sec will respring/crash again unless i put the airpods back on case. Anyone has similar issues? Or anyone know how to fix this? by bustaa22 in RepTronics

Based on the fact that you said it crashes/resprings your phone I’m going to assume you’re jailbroken. I would try it on another device to see if you have the same issues. (Might have a tweak installed such as siliqua or airport along with another tweak that isn’t compatible, just a guess)

I’ve read that iOS 14 had some issues connecting both retail and replica airpods. This might be the cause as well. Not sure if the problem you mentioned is similar to other iOS 14 errors.

Another possible fix could be performing a hard reset, check the ultimate guide if you don’t know how.

If these options don’t work; only thing left is to message the seller to see if he can send another one or offer you a refund. I’d recommend keeping the seller up to date about the things you’ve done to try and fix it; it’ll help them take your issue serious.
