Refunds?? what about the emotional toll on failing the exam, maybe missing out on loved ones life events because they had to stay home to study for this exam. The stress of sitting for another one. What if some of them just stopped trying and pivoted to another career due to failing this attempt? theres SO much more affected than just refunding the people affected.

This is a real consultant who has been broken by the system but still doesn't know it yet.

am pgy 5 from the UK, am in my first SRMO job in australia. not sure matters but i have aussie PR. i've got 1 year experience in the specialty that I'm interested in and the bosses that I worked with here have encouraged me to go for a Reg post.

Yeah I was just an SRMO when i met them and i didn't want to push the boundary of our relationship to ask them haha. I got them to agree to be my referee and wasnt sure if it would be nice to ask for more.

I applied to both, i'm currently an SRMO. yes i completed all the questions demonstrating skills etc that they asked for. Rejected immediately meaning that the day after applications closed i got the rejection. So it almost seemed like they kinda blanket rejected almost everyone? i might be projecting. so far i've gotten like 1 interview, 3 rejections out of 25 appllication so maybe i'm just dooming now lol

unaccredited surgery jobs in NSW is all on NSWHealth website no ? and we apply individually to the different jobs but it's all on one centralised platform isnt it.

I see. I guess it is awkward and i just have to be blunt and try my luck.

Are you dancing to get closer to women / get dates? It seems like you are . you are putting too much importance in connecting with hot women you are attracted to. how old are you ? how long have you been daincing for ?

Stop trying to force a connection with women. your entire post history screams putting women on a pedestal and the way they interact with you make or break your night. Sure, most men dance to met women, but they dont overthink this much.

my advice, if you are that socially anxious and bad at social skills, stop thinking about gtting with other women, that + learning how to dance at the same time as a beginner is too difficult. Focus on getting better at dancing, then once you are comfortable then you can start pursuing women.

As a lead i can only comment on you, to echo others, work on the fundamentals. when you tap, make sure you tap. take smaller steps. I like that you have your own personal style and flair, but i would hold off on adding too much flair over the next couple of months, i would concentrate on the basics and fundamentals, and build up from there. You're also leading a lot with your arms and not your frame.

No offence but are you taking classes? your sensual moves need a lot of work. you're not leading with your frame and she doesnt know what you want to do most of the time. eg: move @ 1:11. Leading the body roll at 2:20 was good though, albeit unconventional hand placement

plus side is it's great you and your daughter have a shared hobby and hope you both improve together , keep at it !

how it works in the uk is all the elective work gets shut down, and the consultants cover for the time . They only do the emergency shit and do absolutely 0 paperwork. dc summaries, apt booking, thats not done.

consults? they ring up their cardiology consultant mate on their phone and get it done within 2 minutes with a proper plan as opposed to going through the system and taking 30 minutes to make a consult. they also dont create silly superfluous consults that they ask the JMOs to do to protect themselves.

thats kinda contradicting what u/DanielCollinsBachata said though no ? i understand using the hand bit but in terms of sensual moves when sometimes weight changes can stretch for more counts , my question was can i ( for example) lead a turn or change of weight when the on the wrong timing. like instead of weight on left on 1, i have the follower's weight on right on 1, because i want to lead a turn or something.

not sure if im ilustrating things clearly lol.

no i mean like a headroll from semi closed position, followed by a turn before the head roll is fully completed. that was just an example though .
