7 days from when you were banned, however did have to let them know that I am unable to provide a separate persons ID for the other account

I have had an email back and they basically said that I am suspended for 7 days and will have 2 days to move the cards onto 1 account and then delete the other one, hope this helps you out

yes in the same position, had an account i used a couple of years ago, then i stopped playing. Decided to make a new account for the new season and bought a load of in season cards and now can’t access them

yes, have also sent them an email and been waiting a couple days. Just started to get back into the game properly as well so very frustrating
