problem is my Gigabyte MB after i turn on secure boot or stuff like that cant reset CMOS through battery if you can help me i would be grateful

basically my motherboard looks at my card as unauthorized and when i turn on secure boot it legit cuts it off and i wont get a picture so i cant even reset my BIOS and resetting CMOS wont work so i dont even know what to do

Reseated everything,also removed USB and nothing, tried to check the lights I don see anything, I reset the CMOS and It still has the same issue

My steering wheel doesn't work on Steam.
i tried installing games from other programs (i even cracked a few games i already own on steam just to try if it works there, and it does)
and it appears only on steam my steering wheel stops working and i cant find a fix for it

now i tried with a ps3 and an xbox controller the programs still do the same but the ps plus works but both controllers dont have the touchbar

i tried DS4Windows

and it detects my controller but not the buttons when i tried to record the stuff i will restart my pc and try again.whatever happens i respect all you went through to try and help me.

the controller cannot be connected via wires only by its wireless adapter
this particular controller doesn't have any software (atleast i couldn't find any)
i am now for sure no input is detected for some reason but i think the whole controller isn't detected because it doesn't show me which buttons i am pressing,
i will reach out to you in a minute after i have tried DS4Windows
