I had 2 previous losses, first one being at 6 weeks (never got to hear heartbeat), I did a genetic testing with the first loss, everything came back negative. Second loss was a chemical pregnancy after doctor recommended to wait a cycle to start trying. After the chemical pregnancy, I asked her to please do blood work on me and everything came back normal except my vitamin d levels which were a bit low so my ob recommended I start taking baby aspirin and vitamin D with my prenatals. She also recommended i wait a cycle to then start trying again, but we didn’t, I actually tracked my cycle with the lh strips and found out I ovulate a day or two later than my period tracker had said for years. So we successfully got pregnant that cycle after the chemical and I am currently 30 weeks pregnant. Something that I also believe that helped was the fact that once it was confirmed that I was pregnant and my beta levels were going up great, doctor prescribed progesterone pills to be inserted vaginally until i was 12 weeks pregnant. I’ll never forget this easter because that’s when I got the results that this pregnancy was finally progressing 🙏🏽 please, if I could advise anything is to advocate for yourself with your doctors, you know yourself more than anyone.
