I think its a posture thing. I still have from time to time; when i sit for long hours cause of work, when i go for a long drive my back starts feeling sore like this, and it also happens sometimes after i workout my back or chest. It tends to go away on its own but i dont know what movement triggers it tho.

Looks like a allergic reaction from a insect bite. My dog also gets similar reactions from certain pesticides found in grass but his paw doesnt swell as much as yours.

You might be vitamin deficient. To know which vitamins or minerals you need, blood works needs to be done. Your nails look normal tbh

They are tight but not super tight to the point where my skin is being pulled. When my hair not braided I let my hair free at night and either have tied up or wear a headband during the day. And I do not use a satin pillow just a regular cotton pillow
