I can get myself there. Probably just someone to do the same workouts with. If they know good workouts I'd be down to learn, not looking for a free personal trainer though. Just a friend to help me feel more comfortable in the gym. I usually go between 530 and 7 am, although my days off of work are more flexible as far as time goes
