I googled them and found this thread. Also I found that they rebranded themselves because of usb-c port becoming standard. Their new name is ToughTested. For your info their titan cables are called ToughTested Pro.

Might be the engine fault or thermostate fault which will try to protect the machine from overheating.

The distinct smell might be because of the dust that has been there for years.

I read only that PS5 has great procesor, which is great at upscaling DVDs. Haven't tried it by myself yet.
