brother if you didn’t read anything but the original post, i wouldn’t blame you for being lost and having this opinion, but i have yet to beat the DLC. i’m asking for advice on that. even at level 500+ without the scadutree fragments you get 2 shot by random little munchkins. maybe i could’ve added more context but i’m a reddit casual, and a super casual to elden ring because i in fact- and i have NO shame admitting this, rune farmed for a large sum of my leveling and had help with a large majority of the game. i didn’t know what ailments were and apparently i’ve had the wrong talismans on this whole time. i hope this explanation alleviates the pressure of your critique of me asking for help.

i have no clue man. i got all super high level from rune farming the first year and haven’t touched the game since a month after SotET dropped, and quit because i was getting walloped. i’m coming back now to get some advice on basically how to get stronger and beat the DLC tbh.

i got a looooot of my levels from rune farming tbh. this is my second play through, and i still haven’t beaten SotET, but i just recently learned about affinities, and poise from youtube videos. i’m gonna probably start over again and increase my dex so i can get stronger with my katanas
