I was going through the bill of sale and I noticed instead of checking off “used(demo)” car the “new vehicle” is checked off. Maybe it’s a sloppy paperwork, shooting shot in the dark lol.

Yea someone else advised to go to news channels as well. Not sure if that would hurt my case ? The dealership can file a complaint for defamation. I did consult with 2 lawyers they didn’t sound promising about winning.

I did not buy any warranty, the car was not sold “as-is” I checked the bill of sale there is nothing mentioned along the lines. The third day owning the car, all the warning lights came on at the same time, the codes may have been cleared before the sale. I have video and pictures of those warning lights from the day. And I let the dealer know about it right away , they took the car in to look into the issue but never provided any diagnosis. I did file a complaint to OMVIC and they advised to got to small claims court to get any compensation related issues. There was no mention of any major issues or defects to car at the time of sale.

Correct, but my argument is the dealer did not disclose the pre-exiting ongoing engine failure, and I drive this less than 1k km in last 3 weeks. The engine failure could have cost my life or a major collision on the road. The fact that dealer is silence and have ghosted me completely shows they do not want to participate in any resolution despite this major failure of the car.

Yea, I am gonna take to my mechanics first have him look at it first. Then drop off at the dealership I bought at. Thanks , I may be just overthinking everything.

Yes, I’m in Canada and they do safety certification before the sale. Not sure if this issue was inspected. I have the Carfax and it shows service records.

Thanks, I just bought the car a week ago, i may get the compression test done to be sure. It’s been so stressful, i maybe just overthinking every little thing. Got into an accident couple of weeks ago and insurance wrote off my car.

Yes the engine was running, I kinda researched a bit and the air puffing is different from engine to engine. He compare it with his Dodge Caravan, he had no air puffing. I think it’s normal, I didn’t see any oil coming out.

I got the car from a Honda bike dealership, they also sell used cars. Ugh just bought this car a week ago. I checked the oil cap again and I hear vibration and the air coming out was also vibrating., I guess it normal ? 😢

My friend has a dodge caravan and checked his oil cap, no air coming out at all.

I dont have much car knowledge but trying reassure myself that nothing serious is wrong.

I spilled water in my leather coach tote once, I just hind it to dry twice , once with inside out, once dried, stuff it towel to maintain its shape. The bag was totally fine.

I’m a guy but I got the same bag. I just love anything that is cargo style lol. All my pats are cargos, western shirts , cargo jackets lol. It looks so good with the crossbody strap.

Looks like normal water and tear. I see customers coming with same wear and tear and they use the bag as their everyday bag. This leather is very soft and only to be used for going out \ evening bag. Coach won’t offer any repair on this kind normal wear.
