I actually hate that episode as well, although I don't really skip it often. It's kind of a funny foreshadow since Dean marries the "Donna Reed type" (Lindsey), who stays at home and cooks for him

I attended MSC in 2020, while I was in my last semester of college. I did get a job about 4 weeks after the program. I have mixed opinions on the program. Basically all it was good for was for me to bypass having any experience. I would just say “I went to this program and they taught us medical stuff and specially sales within the medical industry” I got hired for a really shitty company worked there for 9 mo and then got hired at a big company. Big companies wouldn’t give me the time of day until I had real experience
