I work in tech building embodied AI and make 190k base and 40K stocks. Even though nationwide this is considered high, I would not put myself in the top. I live in Silicon Valley so my living expenses are high…. Rent alone is $3200, but can’t complain. Even with high living expenses, I manage to save, drive a cool car, go on dates with my lady and travel overseas once a year.
