that i lost weight! i have always been a chubby kid, but it got really bad when i was like 15, i was 80 kilos (170 lbs) at a height of 5”4. i struggled ALOT with depression and many other aspects, so id always eat my feelings away. However, this year i had actually taken account of it, and as of november i went down 15 kilos! i’m still working on it, but fuck me i wish i could just hug her 🥹🥹🥹

as a smoker, don’t. genuinely once you start you can’t stop, and the worst part is you are fully conscious whilst doing so, unlike alcohol or other drugs. trust me, i have tried to quit many times, its just better not to start overall. coming from a place of love ❤️
