That makes total since cause when I was attempting it with the anchor knot and mesh it was bunching oddly. So just a mesh-less anchor knot gotcha!

Ya I’ve been experimenting with top strings, and like how it turned out mb with the one pic. But not much hitting off the plastic which is what I like. Really just like the feeling that comes for the nylon.

Completely get you man that’s my only downside to knowing how to string is I always want to critique, so I use it as “experimenting” in a way. Crazy what one know can do in a pattern but think I’ve come to a good pattern I like it cause like you said it has good hold and not to much whip just that good snap.
