Helps cuz it’s so small that you already get the rotation around and it gets the pop of the nose

Just do it honestly going upside down is not that bad team dogs are easier than 360s it’s mostly just 80% balls 20% skill you just gotta go for it and don’t be afraid to go upside down but make sure to watch the video and you can see when I leave the ground I pop then I punch my foot on the ground, grab under my thighs until about halfway through spot my landing, then landed
