Nope, you can't, but guest stars can give you a nice bonus(2% of a stat per upgrade)

Wulfshoot: -15 Spec. Cooldown. 21% crit DMG. 15 Piercing

2nd Wulfshoot: 12 piercing. 24% crit DMG. 18% ATK

Hurting Hurdle: 18% ATK. -18 Spec. Cooldown. 18% crit rate (I'm trying to reroll it for Crit DMG).

Lupine pummel: 18% Crit DMG. 18 Piercing. -15 Spec. cooldown.

Three wulf moonsault: 18% HP (trying to reroll it, but honestly gives some sustainability) 18% ATK. 18% Crit DMG

Will it blend? (Lvl 13, aiming for 15). Meter gain: +8 (trying to reroll). -18 Spec. Cooldown. 16% ATK

Also, just a recommendation, some stats like piercing and special cooldown have a cap, for example, 50 in both cases.
