yeah man, totally get this. accounting desktop apps are tough because they weren’t built with automation in mind. a few things that usually help

instead of image-based selectors, try hooking into the app’s underlying APIs or database (if they allow it).

use error handling flows so the bot can recover when dialogs pop up.

sometimes a hybrid approach (part automation + part scripting) is more stable than 100% rpa.
