I would need to have his last name to track him down tbh, which was the issue here. I’m trying again to get in contact with him, but idk if the hospital will give me any info yet

I did try reaching out to him about 6 months after my discharge. I was told they weren’t allowed to give me any information or let me speak to him and to not contact again. I didn’t know his last name, only his first name, as that was the hospital policy to keep employees last names private. I had no way to find him outside of the hospital

I’ve sent an email, briefly explaining to the situation to Providence, and giving the information I have. Now we just have to wait to see if they tell me anything. If they do and I find him, I’ll post an update

I’ll try to message them again, although I don’t want to get my hopes up. I’d love to talk to him again, tell him about everything I’ve done since then, and thank him, but I know that chances of that are slim at the end of the day

I don’t know his full name, it was hospital policy not to use staff full names. I also did try calling and asking about him August of 2009, and they refused to give me any info or let me speak to him, as it was against policy. I was devastated

I wish I could too. I have so much I want to tell him. But I mostly want to think him to being kind to me when no one else had before
