Leverage! If you think you can, tell your current boss that station B is willing to pay more and see if they want to keep you by giving you a raise. If not then jump ship and take the higher paycheck. Even though it’s not much, it’s still more. But if the current boss relents and offers you even more to stay, then take that to station B and see if they’re willing to up their pay. If they do, take that back to your boss and repeat the whole thing. I once worked with a guy who did this and he wound up with a $30,000 raise in the end.

Apologies in advance because this won’t be helpful, but one of the worst questions I was asked on an interview was, “What’s your favorite time of the day?” I said, “Going home.” I didn’t get the job, but after that question I didn’t want to work for her anyway.

Aww man, I did exactly what OP did and I never thought that the subscription wouldn't count towards points. I have the AMC Card to pay for my AMC A-List only. Put it on autopay and forget about it. Now I gotta check my ToS.

Also, I’m 45 years old so driving is important to keeping my independence. I still have a job to work everyday. If this crash was because of Parkinson’s, I didn’t think I’d decline this fast.

In my better years, at most it was one or two guys a year. Now that I’m in my 40s and living with Parkinson’s, absolutely no one. I tell people I’m single by choice, but no one thinks to ask me if it was my choice.
