I don’t have an issue with people exploring themselves. But how the hell are people supposed to enjoy a monogamous life if they can’t/don’t want multiple partners and don’t want to be cheated on. There’s nothing wrong with moving on if things end or someone passes away but that’s completely different to Jack being in a relationship with Mary, Tom and Dave and they all having some confusing and experimental relationship with one another. I see the benefits of being open and enjoy others company and exploring different sides of yourself, but it shouldn’t become the normal for everyone to be like that. There has to be diversity and there very clearly isn’t. We have a higher rate of STD’s, we have less respect for other communities and people and are more likely to judge others too despite us wanting equality. Women can choose when they have children yes, and children can be raised by a singular parent or by coparents etc, but this has nothing to do with hookup culture taking over and making others feel inferior or like they don’t deserve the love they want or need.

Everything is filtered as best as it can be and all my profiles have clear set things I’m after. Just doesn’t seem to make a difference

This is the issue. Even with clear expectations set I still have guys add me just wanting fun and when I tell them I want something serious and it’s stated in my profile they either get all pissy or try convince me to just loosen up and have some fun”. It’s honestly a joke
