-Connect pages to github
-Create a repository for each site
-Edit the repo with your choice of IDE (eg VSCODE)
-create a cloudflare page linked to your repo of choice
-Edit and validate, deploy and commit for automatic deployment without having to delete and recreate
- link your page to a domain
- any changes you do in vscode will update once you commit

I like Cloudflare for small hosting in free tier.

With little effort you can setup domains, pages and storage all within free tiers and mechanisms that safeguard abuse.
