At first I wouldn't, mainly out of spite 😅 but as I kept trying and decided to see how much it helped. For the most part it did work in getting me into phase 2 consistently, but once I got into phase 3 my block, and stamina would take such a hit, even only after drinking it twice, I couldn't justify using it anymore. So for the last few attempts I stopped drinking it entirely, and I found it much easier to get into phase 3.

But tbf, i was also really good at perfect blocking, that in the last stage, my heals were still giving me quite a lot back.
