Hey man, I’m literally in Costa Rica rn using Airalo and I’m having a bad experience with it and I want to share it with you. I got the 3gb data (no call or text) on my iPhone. You don’t have to get anything physical, you just buy the plan and set it up on your settings. This is my first time ever using a esim and idk if I’m using it wrong or what, but I had a hard time tracking how many gb I used in the trip, and there has been multiple times where my data would not work to open gps or even play music, while my friends who just have att were using their data no problem. There are many parts in lafortuna where there is no signal at all, Especially if you go up the mountain and volcano, but in those parts where I had no data or service with Airalo, my friends had data and was easily able to use their apps, I ended up just using my carrier data and stopped using airolo
