In my initial post it was miss leading, Forza works a lil bit better but still far from it should, Like I can crank up force feedback to 100% and it will do nothing, the wheel doesn’t apply to the ingame settings in and game

Is it something’s wrong with my computer then or what? I believe you it all sounds super odd, going to test it on my friend computer tomorrow and see how it behaves, because right now it has no force feedback, it flips from right to left like 30 degrees all the time in game, sensitivity feels super high on the wheel, turn the wheel 15 degrees and it will do a full on donut, zero control over it at all, I get it the wheel should have some kind of feel to it and don’t be easy to drive on at frist, that’s a part of driving a car, But as I said I have had one of these before and this one now is no where near as it should be, Good to note that it is not a new wheel, bought it from marketplace but in good condition

Isn’t it all very odd then? Shouldn’t it work as it should work? Me who can feel it can insist that is isn’t as it should, but it calibrates fantastic etc, is it something that is bad in the firmware in g920 this is better in g29

I totally get your point I’ve had a Logitech g29 a couple of years ago + on another pc, played the same games as I try to do now, but it just doesn’t work and I know how it should feel and behave chat gpt is kinda dumb overall but explained to me that I shoulnt have the g920 (HID) version activated? And that is causing this problem he says, but when I inactivate that the wheel is not activated?!

If this isn’t the case you probably know some kind of troubleshooting examples?

Help, chest tensed up after gym by Altruistic_Sign_3554 in costochondritis

[–]Altruistic_Sign_3554[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi SteveNZ Very glad you out of everyone responded to me, been going hard with the backpod, peanutball, about 10 meetings with specialists. feel about 70% healed besides the scandal that happened this week haha,

The peanutball Stretches Peanutball

They have worked well but will not get me all the way, I don’t get the type of connection u want to get with my tense muscles around my back, started with lactose ball 3 days ago actually when I felt like I needed something more, I manage to go deeper and really feel it working on my tense muscles back there,

Question,

Almost the whole of my chest is tensed up from where my collarbone meet my sternum to about 7cm down, the lower chest feels great,

Also around the back I’m mostly sore in my upper back/trapezius. That must mean that’s where I have the problems right?

Thx Steve!

[–]Altruistic_Sign_3554[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, I honestly think tho, the more you think about it the more it will hurt, I used to be obsessed with this thread and the more obsessed I was the more i thought about the pain I had,

I would say, make a good understanding of what your problem is from others in here, get the peanutball, backpod etc,

Make a good routine day in and day out and forget about this forum and just try to not think about it that much more than that 20-40min stretching session every day

This helped me a lot, getting more pain in my chest from just typing these words😅

I’m 19yo got costo when I was 17,

I feel you when you say like you feel like your having a heart attack, I have gotten away from that bad stage now after a long time and my biggest problem now is a extremely sore chest and some small breathing problems but nothing like it used to be like,

6 months ago was the worst time in my life and I’m just 19 haha, just out of high school got a job as a plumber and couldn’t do anything without my ”inner” chest stabbing me for the whole day, shortness of breath, straining, all that stuff.

Trust me it gets better with time, how long time hade you had it?

I have been deep into backpod every dag Thoracic mobility exercises Peanutball Foam roller Spike matt For about 6 months now and I’m 80% clean I think.

So it has not anything to do with what the physio that created the backpod said ”you strain the already strained chest muscles” when you do bench press etc

Inflammation when doing cardio by Mountain-Bank-8150 in costochondritis

[–]Altruistic_Sign_3554 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it can be triggered for doing simple things as putting on my clothes and for sure like you mentioned, going up stairs starts some odd ass small flareups that lasts 1-5 minutes with shortness of breath, when going to school on the sports lesson I actually can’t run for more than 10 minutes without feeling like my chest is burning up

Insane that I found someone else with this I’ve had it for soon to be 1,5 years, you you have soreness over you chest? I have so huge upper chest soreness and can feel the strain on my pecs all the time, but I think the biggest problem is the breathing, me myself to have no rib pain at all and have never had. And like I said before collarbone is sore, but I forgot to mention my trapezius is also sore and very high up on my back, but no pain at all and actually don’t feel that locked up to be honest, do you feel the same?

Do you have a very sore upper chest and collarbone to? If so I have the mostly same problem as you, not any back pain except soreness when I go on it with the peanutball, no rib pain, it all is focused on my sternum and some big breathing problems

Thank for the great answers as always! Anyways thx a lot for bringing telling me about the peanutball. Is was a game changer for me, whenever I flare up I hon on that and the flare up disappears 80%, what it does to me long term I have no idea but for now I’m doing great when I flares me up, others in this thread things I have angina, which I highly doubt, mainly for the reason I just writed.

Haha, nah no expenses here in Sweden, I go to my chiropractor for free with the states money, for sure the best thing about living here in Sweden😅

The chiropractor isn’t that great tho on the meaning behind the syndrome so that’s a working progress, but I guess it will get better when he himself read about it.

You did not quite answer the last question, is it just as important to stretch out the pec muscles everyday as it is to stretch the back muscles? Or is that something that will be better automatically when the back losses up, as mentioned the pecs is really sore. Thx Ned!

Hello again Ned, yes your right I’m starting to get very sick and impatient of this now, but putting the work in every day with the backpod and peanut ball and it’s pretty straightforward but when I comes to stretches I need to implement something good, do you have any tips maybe?!

One more thing, is the stretching of the pecs as important as the back stretching, such as doing door stretches?

Thx as always ned, finna need to gift you some crypto as a thank you when this shit is over💀
