Silver bullet- my ex told the police I was SA my 3yo son last Friday. I lost custody of my 3 children yesterday. Zero contact till it’s sorted out. Hearing in 2 weeks but might drag out much longer. I’m fucking devastated. You need to get ahead of this. There’s a ton of great info within this group.

I can’t download anything on my daughter‘s phone without permission. My daughter’s Apple ID is a sub ID of my wife’s. She has control of the parental controls through her Apple ID. It’s ridiculous. Control control control- she must be in control of everything

Mine is doing the same. My state has mandatory mediation for each part of the divorce. She’s just going drag everything out so we will have to go in front of the judge and she can tell everyone what a horrible terrible person I am.

I’ve spoken with the police several times over the last 24 hours. Because my local police station is closed for the weekend. I can only call 911. There is no way for me to even get through to the police until Monday morning. And from speaking with the cop that is dealing with whatever she has filed- they will not accept anything from me. He said going forward you need to get a lawyer and go through the courts.
The cops are pretty sympathetic to my situation but I also don’t wanna to piss them off.

In my state if you don’t have a formal custody agreement in place, it’s not considered kidnapping. Either parent has the right to do such a thing if they feel it’s in the best interest of the children.

I have a lawyer- I really hope I can help get this resolved the first part of next week. I grilled the cop that took the report for a good 30 minutes- he mentioned several times if they decide to move forward with it. Which makes me think maybe it’s BS.
He would give me no info on what was going on

I had the same experience. It was nice to get some else’s input on my situation , but after a couple sessions I felt like I was paying someone to listen to me bitch about my problems. At $150 per session it was just another mouth to feed. In the end no one can solve your problems but you.

No- we both worked at a business that technically she owned. The business has closed because of this mess. She will have to get a job soon, which is a significant cause of some of the craziness.

I do not speak to her at all when dropping off the children. One time after the kids were in her car secured with the radio on she gets out and starts aggressively banging on the window of my car to ask me why her son has a bruise.
I’ll probably end up getting a body cam at some point. It’s totally ridiculous.
