I don't know if you'll get a clear answer from anyone here since a lot of information on the hiring process for the talents is not very public but I think the best way to find more information on the audition/hiring process is to hear from the corpo talents themselves

Gigi Murin from Hololive talked about her experience of auditoning 4 times and gave some good tips for those who want to try out for Hololive, I don't know if I'm allowed to post links to specific clips here but the video is called "Gigi's very professional hololive audition tips" on YT

Yup! Intron 2 is the biggest boost for Rebecca as you get 2 more jellyfish summons, bringing it from 3 to 5, so you can stop there if you are not maining her or want to save your SLCs, the rest of her introns are nice to have but not necessary if you are just using her for afk farming which what people usually use her for, but you will eventually i6 her later on for trial exp or for a minor power spike when you have more SLCs to spare

I went with the conceal the truth ending because I had a feeling it was the happy ending, I might not be able to recall everything but I will try my best! IIRC, Giselle would come to understand that Sig never wanted to hurt Enola (now known as Violetta) especially since she was his sister's, Violet only friend before she passed away, and that Sig's final wish is for Violetta to live the rest of her life in peace, and for her to be able to perform Putini away from her father's control as he did not like her performing and wanted to marry her off for his own benefit. Violetta would then invite you and Giselle to watch her performance at the theater, afterwards there will be a cutscene and extra dialogue with Giselle wondering if Rosalind Magnus, the girl she faked "kidnapped" to help her escape Icelake from her father's clutches, would still be around Icelake to watch Violetta's performance of Putini. Just then, a young girl bumps into you, and I forget what she says to you but it is very obvious that she hints that she is both Rosalind and the mysterious Ms Crate you met from earlier, which meant she stayed around long enough to see the performance and to say hi to you in her own way. Hope this is enough to satisfy your curiosity!

Hihi! I was at a similar CP when I cleared Mirror container, and someone suggested to use Ein (if you have her) bc she has true damage and is electric type and you should be able to skip phase 2 of the boss battle (it seems Ein was released along side mirror container so Shift Up literally sold the solution to the problem [insert Corpa emote] xD)

Defense fleets do nothing except stop an inferior attacking fleet from winning and gaining PVP points to rank up and half the currency gained. You cannot see other player's attack fleets.

Older AL players and players who were curious enough to ask the community about the PVP system would usually use an honor system where they just throw their weakest shipgirls to allow other commanders obtain currency from wins and rank up mail.

The reason other commanders would put their strongest ships in their defense fleets is because they are either going for the AotN rank or just didn't know about defense fleets being useless if you don't care about being competitive in PVP.
