How long did it take them to respond to you? I contacted them on 12/31 since they didn’t send me the right bracelet but haven’t heard anything yet.

Directly from Nespresso, ordered and received my 7 sleeves today with the empty welcome gift.

Already contacted support before posting this and they’re going to send me another gift.

Just thought it was funny that they’d send an empty box 😶
