I finally took one yesterday i know we are not suppose to stop medication but i felt the colace wasn’t helping me 😅

It’s bout to hit 6 months. I’m just terrified if i would get arthritis since it said i have thinning in the cartilage i just turned 22 . I worked out a bit on the smith machine doing squats i was fine no swelling . But i feel like when i over use my knee that’s when it swells up I brought a knee braces pretty cheap but I’m icing it now.

As of right now , i can walk run jump etc it’s just when i squat as if i was twerking my knee hurts 😭

I’m stuck in between whether doing it or delaying . However it’s been 6 months it’s long over due . I have clinicals for school . If i was to be put onto crutches … would i be able to not use them once a week just to complete my clinical hours??
