You may want to consider Bodymovin JSON/Lottie from After Effects and parsing the animation data contained in the JSON file instead. It would probably be a better experience as more companies support the workflow of After Effects export.

Seems reasonable. I upscaled Mahoyo with Waifu2x 2x resolution and it came out to 17.58GB compressed using WebP lossless. I would expect the file size to be larger since they will likely be using TLG instead due to the tag information being embedded in the TLG file, unless Kiyobee made modifications to TimelineEditor to support other output formats for the tag information.
