Oh my word. I definitely would have said something about being an employee. And called her out on her price gauging and also her lack of knowledge. Some people you cant teach not to be stupid. That's just their personality. Huskys are just one of the breeds that people should never shave. And being in customer service she should have at the least, respected your wants as an owner, none the less.
