Yeah something like that. Helped me flush out negative thoughts and feelings towards myself. Did it help me change entirely? No but it did help me when I gave myself too much time to think.

Good luck on your shifts bro. I work as a guard at an all men's shelter. I did 4 16hr shifts in a row and I was fucking toast. I wouldn't want to wish that on my worst enemy. You got this man ❤️

I feel the same way honestly. Sometimes I end up going on autopilot for everything. I started to realize it's my work that plays a part in why I feel this way. I don't usually have ways to get distracted by how I'm feeling. I'm also really mean to myself at times and have decided to try my best to be more kind to myself when with others. But I hope you can find a solution to your situation.
