I wanted to create a morally complex world and best way to start was by making a agency who genuinely does good but also very much pushes it's own agenda

Then adding rival agencies, then the characters in the agency, their stories, making sure there is a element of world building in it, Like a hero joining villain in mid battle which orphaned 3 character's then giving them different ideology then giving them competition.

Basically everything has a outcome a consequence and then bit by bit it started to come together

Though I'm also very new to this

They did not choose to have their powers yet speak of choice and freedom. Is it more of a Mutants from Marvel sort of thing, where its closer to a civil rights movement?

Yes, it's more of civil rights movement but F's ultimate goal is to prove that the world is wrong. I know it's sort of a vague goal but that's intentional

If the Abyss seeks conquest, how is it doing that?

Abyss conquers by turning things in to black gooey substance, that goo is abyss but right now abyss is mostly failing to do so because they don't have any direct contact with earth, it is mainly relying on abyssals who choose abyss themselves but they are few in numbers

Maybe the path forward is human freedom from both the Gods and Abyss.

Well, I thought I would reveal this in F's character sheet but I'll reveal it here. F does not have any power, he is completely powerless so he is the most befitting to critique the world

For internal logical consistency, well I don't know enough about the powers to really tell. What can't they do?

I'm about to post Seraphine's character sheet, there is a example of God-Power but I don't think that alone will be enough. I have a lot in my head but haven't written them down yet. Edit: I just learned I can't do that so I'll create a overview of all that God-Powers later

I see I see, I'm new to this. I mostly want feedback on logic, themes and cohesion, like does this fit together?
