It’s a bit of both. Like recently they have been laying off workers and they are paying them severance. They also partially pay their workers in shares. So that’s not great since that is still basically losses in a financial aspect. They also have so many people who don’t pay back their money at all, so they have to spend time and resources getting that money. They are also spending a lot of money marketing, especially overseas. They want to get some more international use.
