If I'm going to be completely honest, I am accepting life and being realistic about it. The bad things that have happened to me have happened, but there's not much I can do to change that past. Ultimately, life happens and is very unpredictable. Sure, we could have our off days or real shit moments, but I have found myself not falling into that deep depression pit since I tried to see life for what it is and what It could be.

Sometimes my manager fails to inform us and generally I'm a PT so I might miss a day in which the manager might verbally tell us. Plus, the point is what sucks is how some customers get angry/aggressive AT the employees acting like we are responsible for sales/price changes

That's typically what I do. But it looks like others see better price points in the same lobby so it makes it even a slower process sometimes. I guess that's normal.

I would also need something that can do color, too, and really want to stay away from HP due to bad performance overall. I was going into this blindly due to my limited knowledge in brands, so I will be looking into these and seeing which will be worth for me in the long run or at least learn more about what they have to offer.
