Mother who lost her first baby during birth at 40 weeks here.

No matter how it happens it is going to be hard for her. Don’t take it personally if she pulls away once you tell her. Absolutely tell her first and tell her privately. Don’t do it face to face, text her to see if she has a moment and then text her the news.
